A disposable filter and exhaust fan systems efficiently remove oil and smoke during production. Internal cabinet heat lamps, stainless steel receiving tray with heating element, and recessed storage bin work together to keep freshly popped corn dry and crisp. A 50lb. raw corn bin drawer is standard on this machine, but can be upgraded to a 100lb. drawer for added storage. The top comes as a plain stainless steel top or can be ordered with either Customer or Operator merchandising. Light options include neon or back-lit fluorescent sign. This machine can be equipped with the ANSUL Fire Suppression System which provides front line fire protection by automatically detecting and suppressing fires while shutting down the power source in the event of a fire.
