We wanted to put anexotic twist on the classic green tea ice cream, and paired the bright and earthy flavor of Matcha green tea, with the refreshing zing of ginger. For this flavor, we have combined premium Matcha green tea and fresh cold-pressed ginger juice, which we juice ourselves. This infuses our luscious sweet cream base with a perfectly balanced blend of sweet, creamy, earthy and zingy.
This is a delicious flavor that is also a great palate cleanser, making it a fabulous end to any meal, while leaving you wanting more!
